Debbi Telli
Debbi Telli has lived in the Jacksonville area for over 37 years. Debbi graduated from Bishop Kenny High School and attended Valdosta State College.
Debbi has devoted her life in pursuing her passion in the field of makeup artistry. In 1993, Debbi acquired the technical expertise in permanent cosmetics and subsequently pursued advanced training through the Derma-Medical Institute, one of the most prestigious and leading organizations in the field of micro pigmentation. In 1995, Debbi's pursuit in excellence lead her to attend the Atlantic Technological Institute in order to acquire additional expertise in the field of Skin Care and Make-up Artistry, becoming licensed in the state of Florida. While in Ft. Lauderdale Debbi advanced her career by becoming one of the first licensed Clinical Aestheticians performing both aesthetic skin rejuvenation procedures and micro pigmentation in a medical dermatological environment. Debbi's expertise and her intense pursuit for excellence have taken her skills and artistry beyond the normal standards in the field of Permanent Make-up.
As a Make-up artist, Debbi has devoted her passion in mastering and refining the art of Permanent Cosmetic Enhancement in eyes, lips and eyebrows and has set the standard by which other aestheticians measure their performance in micro pigmentation. Debbi performs Facials, Micro-peels, Microdermabrasions and provides expert consultation in skin health and applicable anti aging products. She also applies her unique talent and expertise in post mastectomy breast reconstruction and alopecia patients.
The large number of procedures Debbi has performed and combined with her unique artistic talent and versatility with skin care expertise, has earned her recognition by the most accomplished plastic and cosmetic surgeons. Debbi joined the practice of well known David D. Mobley and Dr. Rebecca Glasser in 1996.

Amy Gillette, ARNP-BC
Amy joined our practice in 2007 after moving to Florida from Georgia. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Brunswick College in Brunswick, Georgia in 1992. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida in 2005, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She received her Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of North Florida in 2007. Amy is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Amy worked as a Registered Nurse for 15 years.
Amy was inducted into the Lamda Rho Chapter-at-Large of Sigma Theta Tau in 2004, the Honor Society for Nursing. She is serving as Vice President for the chapter for 2007-2009. She was the recipient of a Patricia Foster Fellowship in 2007. Her Thesis was a study of Nurse Midwives and Nurse Practitioners interacting with pregnant clients. She remains active in continuing education conferences, nursing honor society events and research.
Other interests include spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
Hillary Siragusa, PA-C
Hillary Siragusa is a graduate of the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Florida College of Medicine and holds a Master's Degree from the University of Nebraska PA Program with a specialty in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She graduated in 1993 and started her career in Bone Marrow Transplant at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL. After moving to Jacksonville in 1995, she joined the University of Florida Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Shands Jacksonville where she worked for 9 years. There she met and worked with Dr. Rebecca Glasser. In 2005, she joined Dr. Glasser at Parkway Plastic Surgery.
Hillary Siragusa is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants, Dermatology Physician Assistants, and Wilderness Medical Society. She did her Master's thesis on breast reconstruction and continues to have a special interest in this area. She works with Dr. Glasser in both the clinic and the operating room. This allows her to follow her patients from initial consultation through their entire surgical experience.
